Candidates must have solid experience in media sales with strong supervision experience.

The Post-Searchlight - an award-winning 100-year-old semi-weekly community newspaper in Bainbridge, Ga., in southwest Georgia - is seeking a general assignment reporter with initiative and imagination.
The chosen candidate will cover community news, take awesome photographs and assist with the layout out of the newspaper and its numerous special projects, including a new quarterly glossy community magazine.
The ideal candidate must process excellent writing skills, have a working knowledge of Indesign or Quark, and must have a flair for creativity and imagination in newspaper and magazine layout. Also must be able to report accurately and compose a news story in order to deliver our product on our Web site that keeps us as a news leader in the community, and be able to write and photograph a feature story for our quarterly glossy magazine and other special projects.
